Independence Day Celebration: 6 p.m. at Mosby City Hall, 12312 Fourth St. Festivities begin with a flag ceremony. Entertainment includes country and gospel music by the Mosby Opry and others. Independence Day Under the Stars: 8:30 p.m. at the amphitheatre in Oak Grove Park, N.E. 76th and N. Troost streets in Gladstone.
